Aptitude Test Round

The aptitude test included questions from mathematics from chapters such as P/L , %age, etc. and reasoning type questions. There were some grammar related, general knowledge related questions. The third was from computer basics as for my job excel and computer knowledge was required.

I was a top candidate for selection but ultimately chose to reject the offer. My conversation with HR revealed that they seek individuals who will blindly obey rather than fostering a relationship with employees. They expect compliance and submission. I have declined their offer.
