Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Trust me, I have an experience of working with India's "sharpest" minds (Senior software development engineers, Senior technical program managers) in the country's 2nd best company to work for, the interview process with awign was horrific and horrible. I don't know whether the Human Resource Management takes a dig in this company hiring process or not. I applied for the position of operations executive with awgin. I received a call from HR the very next day and she scheduled my interview for the first round that vary day in night ( I gave the interview, the 1st interviewee wasn't a megalomaniac or an low IQ individual who thinks he knows everything and shows of his work that he got after pursuing an MBA cause he didn't landed up a job after B.tech). And, then I have been informed after 6 days that I have to give the second round of interview to the Senior program manager (as there was some emergency on his side, the interview kept on delaying). Then on the day of the interview I was informed that the interview was cancelled by him the very time of interview (Though, I called and asked the HR why am i not receiving an interview call for 2nd round) and it got rescheduled after two days. After two days i received the interview call. It went well, then i have been given a Case Analysis (without CC'ing the HR or Operations head) to process and he asked to process it ASAP cause he intended to close my selection the very next day so i completed the case analysis : ----- / and submitted it on the same day. Thinking that, tomorrow i will get to hear the result. But no, I didn't receive any feedback for the next two days. After two days I received a text that we will discuss the task, so I asked for the time. Then i received another text that we will have the discussion in the evening. I waited the whole evening and then i came to a text in the midnight that apologies for today we will have a discussion tomorrow. So I asked at what time, then again I didn't receive any text. Next day, (it's the 14th day of the interview process) I received another text that we will have a discussion at 7.30. And, Guess what? I didn’t receive any call! So,I Started writing about my whole interview experience. It’s awful to see Incompetent people in charge. “A brand for a company is like a reputation for a person. You earn reputation by trying to do hard things well.”
