Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was already an employee. They promised to give us 750000 after competing it, that too after rigorous training. Only to realise that you’ll only get 50K after 6 months of training. Including variable pay.

HRs don’t pick the cal. Or might not provide their own number on the portal, some part of the management needs to be improved terribly.
