Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't join this lala type company. It'll not just ruin your career profile, but they'll snatch away your peace of mind. Dirty office politics taken care only by your direct manager and HR. However maximum people are involved in making you work accordingly so that you don't have to hop onto a different company after few years. Bottom line is it's a wanna company with most of the sham they run and they try hard to clean their company's image by making portals to remove the content against them. There's no free speech which goes against these culprits. Join some other company. This field have few other good names which will make your career as pleasant.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
