Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Long ago when I missed an opportunity in Civil service interview, I made up my mind that I would rather put interviewers in spot instead of me getting into such a situation. So after I got an job in a Private Company, I used to appear in walk-in almost routinely every Saturday for next two years. Soon, I could see a pattern and started to enjoy interviews. For all those newcomers, don't try my formula. I was kind of a rebel right from the beginning and I did it to forget Civil service fiasco. Anyways, always remember one thing. You are selecting the Company you want to work with and not the other way round. The Company has advertised for the post because they don't have that expert in their team. Go with an open mind. Your expectancy somehow shows up and make you nervous. Listen to every question carefully and answer only if you have understood or else please ask the interviewer to repeat. Keep a smiling countenance. Do not drag your answer unnecessarily. If you have to elaborate anything, do mention that to the interviewer. Before you go for any interview, look through the JD minutely. Lookout for roles and responsibility which are different from others. Rest assured, you will be asked questions specifically on those. This is just a general idea of tackling interviews. Taking charge of interview is an art. The more you appear, the more you learn this art. Do not get disappointed if interview didn't go as expected. There's always something to learn. Sit back and recall what you did and what you should avoid the next time.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This company totally cheated me. They called me for interview and asked me some normal questions related to teaching and then they asked me to come for one full day for orientation. The HR said that I am shortlisted for the job.The orientation is just a formality before joining. I went for the orientation and worked for full day from 9 to 5:30 on their new project. After that concerned person said that they will share the feedback and HR will give me a call. After that day I continuously called the HR for one full week bt I received no response from any person. They didn't even respond to my mails. So don't ever go for the interview and naukri.com should also not register such fraud companies with them. My time, energy and money everything was wasted..
