Opportunity to work with Government School teachers and especially the content we create and how these are appreciated both in Government corridors and at the field level. Perhaps one of the very few Company which didn't retrench, deduct salary, and moreover, everyone in the Company got a decent appraisal. We do not encourage anyone to work on holidays or weekends except for emergency purpose.
