However you will have to forget your personal life as the managers has the right to call you and ask you to start the work at any hour of the day wheather is 2 in the morning or in the noon time. Work culture is pretty TOXIC, you should be ready to compromise with your prestige as profanity is pretty common and often. Yes there are some who have created history in sales here. It depends on the employee how they can take this work for me the work and environment of Byjus was never healthy.

Long hours of work and they expect you to bring sales within the first few weeks of joining and training. They make you doubt your abilities and don’t give you a fair chance to perform.
