Experience: They are looking for person who is good in Indian Accounting and one who has good grip on Fixed Assets Accounts, and I have rich experience of 12 years, having hands on experience in all aspects of the accounts, so they picked me for an interview.

Round: Case Study Interview
Experience: The second round with National Manger and it was technical round I can say, I have been asked number of technical questions, and I have solid grip in fundamental of Accounts, so it makes me very easy to crack the second round. They are looking for someone who has good hands on MIS and Analytical skills as well.

General Tips: As per my experience of 12 years career, knowledge is secondary, primary part is your confidence and attitude. Number of candidate not been selected in spite having good knowledge, main reason is lack of confidence. Before attending any interview be prepared as per Job Description. Get the rough idea about the company for which you are going for an interview. I need to say that 99% candidates failed because they have no idea about basic accounting, they are not able to pass one single entry asked by the interviewer. So always remember Mantra for Success given below:

1) Stick to basics
2) Be confident
3) Be realistic
4) Don't try to be over smart in front of interview
5) Listen patiently and try to give correct and crisp answers to the questions asked.
6) Never share wrong info about yourself to the interviewer
7) Be calm and relax
8) Be positive
9) Never give up, no matter how rejections you have faced
10) Every day is new day
11) Always remember - " FAILURE IS THE PILLAR OF SUCCESS"
