Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - No proper work culture, demeaning comments passed by seniors continuously about your capabilities; senior managers call and demean you and it's supposed to be normal as you are just a "3rd grade executive in the firm and do not have rights to answer back"...... the company expects you to be completely on your own and threatens to deduct your pay/leave hours if you face any technical issues during your work; no proper HR policies even regarding leave; the company promises a raise and then refuses it saying you did nothing- there was no work pressure at all since you are working from home; office politics; no proper payslips provided, no proper joining/resignation letter provided, no proper training provided, no work life balance, you are expected to be on a 6 months probation nearly without leave ( 1 leave per month) - 6 days working - for 8 to 10 hours, and after begging for a confirmation they might give you one! Please do not trust the HR person unless she gives you in writing what she has mentioned, as she says anything to hire people and get the work done out of them. Rest is your will!
Worst is....they like playing games with employees - they will share their own personal information with everyone through Google meet and then try to frame you by accusing you of sharing their secrets with others! Please be very careful if you are an employee!
