Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It was for an offroll position and the consultancy co ordinator was very unprofessional l, additionally for 2 rounds of interview I had to wait from morning to evening and there was no waiting in the office premises but had to go down in the lobby, in such a long waiting snacks were not offered even though it was lunch time, internally they didn't knew how many rounds of interview, and the management was not free. Finally after all this they offered a cut or same salary because I had lost my job and then offered somebody who had multiple switches in job by giving her good hike. They hire candidates according to the budgets and not the quality and they are least interested to keep the candidates warm about the entire process.
