Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had a interview with GAO Tek for the virtual HR internship. It is a online interview through Skype. Firstly, HR asked me to introduce my self. Then she asked me about HR definition. I answered the question.As the internship is mainly about Recruitment and selection, she wants to know whether I am aware of those topics. I answered them correctly. Then the interesting part comes here. She wants to test my skills and knowledge. Then I was asked to tell my abilities in the form of SWOT analysis. I was nervous because I never made any analysis about my abilities. It was a tough one, but I did my best. After assessing my skills and abilities, I got selected fornthe intern. It was a good experience for me.
