  • Q2. 2nd round- Asked about my previous job, why I want to join BIBS etc.
  • Q3. 3rd round- I was offered a ridiculous pay package. It was a complete waste of time.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - After my resume screening and 1 round of virtual interview and 1 round of face to face interview, I was told by the Chairperson in the 3rd round that the salary offered is almost half of my last drawn salary. This is ridiculous.
