- Q1. There are 3 rounds . round 1:TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF . WHY BPO? and some basic questions to check your communication skills.
- Q2. ROUND 3: you will be given a scenario ,you have to explain something about it . I have attended everything virtually due to this pandemic (2020).
- Q3. ROUND 2 : here you will be asked to talk about some particular topic for 2 to 5 min given by HR person .and some random questions to check your language fluency. this round might take 20 min to 30 min also...
- Q4. ROUND 3: you will be given a scenario ,you have to explain something about it . I have attended everything virtually due to this pandemic (2020). I cleared all the rounds and accepted the offer.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This is a very common advice for you all guys .
1. know about the company(NTT) which you have applied for
2.Be confident and know about the job role(BPO) first . Mostly BPO will be of night shifts ,if you are ok with the shifts ,you can apply. otherwise don't waste the time of the interviewer.
3. Be prepared with your self introduction.(For any company this is must)
4. Have a proper internet connection for the virtual interviews.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have faced this same kind of attitude from the in march 2015.i was fresher.i have cleared till final round.I was told Hr will send you offer letter.But they did not turned not even they take phone,But they hired a girls,this girls her told to interviewer that she will not write code but she was selected.No idea how there hiring process.I think we need good referral of contact to get in.Hr should think that people searching for job are not there for timepass or play with there emotion.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was purely based on my technical knowledge of Insurance domain and policy admin systems Vantage and WMA. It lasted around 45 minutes. There were two rounds one techinical and second was Mangerial or HR. I answered almost 90% of the questions and tried to explain with an illustration. My experience on admin system and its functionality with the real time scenarios were of great help. My profile and knowledge was fit for the position in DXC technology. I got selected and received my offer letter within a week. Thanks! to HR team of DXC Technology and the process was smooth and hassle free.
