Round: Group Activity
Experience: In the group activity they divided us in some 7-8 groups and they gave us a pack of cards. And asked us to build a house using those cards. As the table we were supposed to use as a base was so smooth cards were not withstanding on that table. They just wanted to taste if we come up with some different ideas and also the team work and how we tackle the failure. If we are a team player or not.
Tips: Just be yourself. You can take the lead but don't force them to follow you. Convince them and take them with you. Encourage as much as you can. Don't accept the failure at any point.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: First they asked me to introduce myself which is general. Just be yourself tell them about your education, what your parents do, what are your hobbies, what are your interests, your internship.
Then the guy asked me about my internship so I told him what I basically did in my internship. Then he asked me to draw a UI design for a page I built and write a code for that module. Then he asked to some questions from algorithms and asked me to write a code. Then he asked some questions from OOPS and Java. Then he asked one question from DBMS regarding normalized forms. Final 10 minutes he asked me if I have some questions.
Tips: When you are explaining about your internship don't try to brag or anything whatever you have done just explain. They are interested to if you can apply the knowledge you have learnt during that period. During coding questions relax think give him the algorithm keep talking to him tell him what's running in your mind. If you are going wrong they will guide you. Round: HR Interview
Experience: He asked me some general questions regarding my behavior, if I am interested for higher studies, how is my relations with my juniors, my batchmates, my seniors.
Tips: Just provide him with an example you have encountered while answering or giving the situation. Show him your qualities by telling the situations which you handled wisely. If you are definite that you want to do job say no for higher studies even if you are thinking to go after 2-3 years.
