I applied via Naukri.com and was interviewed in Jan 2024. There was 1 interview round.
The round 1 was about 2 -3 hours. A business requirement is given and a pre-sales pitch deck has to be created while being on screen-share. Once the deck is submitted, an interview was scheduled. This went for an hour where the interviewer asked technical questions on the tools and processes. Then there were questions on the deck submitted. I felt the questions were repetitive on the presentation submitted and the technical questions. There is no need to spend 2 - 3 hours on a deck when the same questions were posed during the technical round. I consider it a waste of time. After this process I received an email that I was not selected on the same day.
