Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - You will shortlist in this company if you are looking for low package or you will have a good connection internally with some leading person.Otherwise if a experienced person will go without any reference they will not select him as saying that you are not fit for our budget.Be careful from HR Bhagt sharma.He is most clever & wrong person.I gave all interview round.He ask me to wait for 1 week.If you will not selected we will see for other opportunity for you if we can.2 weeks passed he is just saying that we are shortlisting after 2 weeks he says that our budget is low.I agreed to join on that budget i.e:- 3 lac. But then they said me to give a fresh interview as of now.Next day i have gone there & spend my half of day.After all rounds,they just said that your communication skills are not upto mark of that.In my front a girl was sitting,she was fresher as we had words for a moment like where she had come from.A manager came to her & said her that i had called bhagat sharma & he will shortlist her.She need not to worry.I was lacking in communication skills then why he didn't give me feedback in my ist time.Just they are hanging job seekers & want that they will join on fresher budget.Anyhow I am joining HCL now & its a much big company than hcl.I don't think their feedback was genuine,if it was then why i have selected in hcl brand in technical role also??
