I would like to share the Simple Experience for my Interview.
Nowadays Minimum 2 Rounds will be there in All Companies.

Technical and HR.

If you performed well in Technical round, Next HR round will be very easy. Technical person will note your score on Resume.
HR Peoples will look at that score and they were raise the Question.
Because they conclude you are good in Technical knowledge, that's enough for one manufacturing company. They will ask simple question to test your Communication Knowledge. So please concentrate and prepare 1st based on Profile.
