Round: Telephonic Round
Experience: HR person has called me for telephonic round of interview after they have selected me from naukri.com
For the first time she asked a little about me and then introduced her company , also detailed the profile they were looking me for.
Telephonic interview was quite easy, it went smoothly.
Tips: Always speak confidently, because that is only thing in telephonic round that will take you to the next round.
And when you speak of something , be sure you are aware of facts and figures you are speaking about becuase you will be asked to describe spontaneously .
So make sure you are not out of words, speak continously and make them aware of the fact that you are up for conversation.
They should not get even slight hint that you are nervous or less confident.

Round: Telephonic Interview
Experience: HR had shortlisted my name for the current profile and has took small telephonic round with basic Questions.
Such as My Qualifications, basic Interest and background.
Tips: In telephonic Round , I suggest to speak very confidently as your voice and strength of your voice will only take you to next round.
Your vocabulary will only be the medium in this round of interview to promote you to the next round.

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: First of all i was called for HR round , and they interviewed me with all kind of HR type questions .
What is my interest ?
Why i want this job?
Why should they hire me?
And much more.
They also detailed the job description in this round, what will be roles and responsibility .
Then came technical round and i was given a question paper with all sort of technical questions related to Engineering subjects ( which i almost forgot).
Still i managed to answer few correctly , but rest of the were like i know its answer but i can't remember .
How i wished at that time to just for once get that old book and read .
Tips: For HR round you don't have to prepare much, just speak confidently and there you are.
While for technical round i will suggest to always prepare before facing it, if not in deep then atleast basics should be covered.
Focus more on Questions that can be related to mentioned profile and your Engineering questions.

Round: Aptitude & case study
Experience: Again one more Question paper , with trick questions .
Aptitude type Questions.
And then case study.
Tips: For Aptitude you need brain really and in limited time (tick tock tick tock).
Most of all u need to be good with maths for this round .
For case study i will really like to tell you to think and answer.
Specially dont say what first comes to your mind after knowing the Questions.
Take your time to think and then say.
Think out of the box, don't answer commonly.
The interviewer never expect the right answer but the logical answer.
Case study is all about your test for the limit of your thinking.How far and how logical can you think.
If want to buy more time to get your answer ,ask interviewer to repeat the question ( not for all the question).

Round: Behavioural Interview
Experience: They generally had usual conversation and spoke more about current issues going on country and what are my views on that issues.
They were testing my listening skill.
They were making me to speak about certain issues to test my anger level .

Tips: Have patience.
Don' t fake any of your behaviour , because they will know.
Trust me they are doing this for years and they know when you are faking it.


Round: Final Round.
Experience: Here they told me more about salary status and also about few rules and regulation of company.
Tips: Just listen and ask any of your questions regarding profile and company.
