Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Worst Experience. The Duo Father (MD) and Son (Director) not at all sure what they want from a Candidate. They only looking for well educated, good experience but cheap labour. First HR repeatedly called me to come for an final meeting with MD, keep saying MD insisted on this face to face final round. When I went for an final round interview, they totally wasted my 6 hrs in their office. And finally after 2 hrs of long discussion, the son, the Director said...their business target for a year already achieved hence they don't need an BD person for next 3-4 months.
Their treacherous intention was to only get the market insight, research from me, once they received it through discussion..you were longer needed. No wonder, all Sales and BD leave this company within 4-6 months time.
Horrible Experience.
