Experience: Although quite an easy topic to speak on, they weren't looking for more number of points but were looking at the strength of the argument put forward.
Tips: Points must be logical and have a 360 degree view.
Duration: 15 mins minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It didn't feel like an interview. It was a smooth conversation which almost felt like I'm talking to a friend.
It seemed like they were trying to understand if you fit the company's culture and can sustain the environment.
Tips: 1. Be confident in whatever you speak.
2. Don't go over the top.
3. Be yourself!

Round: Other Interview
Experience: This interview was with the business head. He wanted to test the presence of mind and knowledge about digital media.
It was a smooth interview.
Tips: Read up on the current happenings in the industry

Round: Other Interview
Experience: This was the final interview with the sales director. It was a telephonic one. Everything went well except when he caught me off guard with a basic percentage question. I took a lot of time to answer it and finally gave a wrong answer. But to him I said that I was confident my answer was correct. So I guess confidence was what we was looking for. Also, he wanted to gauge if you are really interested in to profile.
Tips: Show your excitement towards challenges and problem solving for businesses, understanding them at the root level.

General Tips: Just be yourself !
Have good knowledge about the happenings in the local commerce field - what brands are doing? New players in the market etc
Skills: confidence, organisation fit, communication skills, presence of mind, authenticity
