Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview must be done freely as the true personality can be revealed only when the interviewee is comfortable. Asking Cliche questions can be avoided instead asking for perspectives and case studies can help in understanding what potential he has. Asking about the company which he is being interviewed can give clear picture of how well he knows the company as well as how excited he is in working for this company. Couple of questions can be ignored if haven’t answered but only if the interviewee is still confident and not in panic or anxious as it can ruin the job profile in future too. The interview should be more like a interactive session also interviewer must be friendly and give some answers as general knowledge rather than just leaving and moving forward to other question. I would also prefer choosing of alternative language other than english as many of them can read write and understand english but aren’t fluent in speaking so they must not be left alone as company may loose a potential expert with such decision.
