Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It was the worst interview experience. The H.R. was extremely rude.

Before the beginning of the interview, I well informed the H.R. of the package that I was interested in. She gave me a confirmation of it, and I was selected for the job role of Project Manager Scrum Master.

They were seeking someone for immediate joining. The H.R. called me later and shared her interest in me with a package that I was not comfortable with. After a brief communication, her response was a clear no, and I moved ahead.

She kept on calling me and sending me messages. I sent her a message declining the offer, and she requested me to call her. I advised her that I would be unable to accept the offer. She was unwilling to take no for an answer and stated that she'd send an offer with the package I was looking for. I submitted my documents as requested, and waited for the offer letter. After a couple of days(5), I reached out to HR, and she informed me that the position had been kept on hold. The entire process happened in two weeks.

I rejected an offer because of this. As per the responses from others, I now strongly believe that this is #Lala company, and I should have not wasted my time with them whatsoever.
