Hello,
Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus
Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L)
I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte.
Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Its waste of time if you are applying to this organisation. The HR's here are useless. For me the recruiter name was Sanika Mahajan. She don't even have the courtesy to reply to the candidates. She will very nicely communicate(directly on watssapp) and Schedule the interview rounds back to back but after the VH round she wont showup.
