Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I strongly suggested Anubhav Chatpalli to check the JD before the interview. The job description mentioned a salary range of 15-20 LPA but during the interview, I was informed that this could not be honored and instead only a hike on my current salary is possible. This was unexpected and felt quite unprofessional, especially since I met all the experience and skill requirements outlined in the JD.
Please take care that the compensation details align with what can actually be offered. This will help set clear expectations for candidates and avoid any misalignment during the hiring process.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Company is good but the interviewer who took the 3rd round who was the Pan India head was rude, arrogant. He was biased and judgemental, he himself switched 5 jobs in last 6 years and was questioning my decisions of changing the job after 5.5 years. Instead of asking questions that is relevant for judging why I should be a perfect fit for the organisation he was more focused in why I am switching and was trying to convince me to stay in my current company.
