Interview Preparation Tips
In my initial calls with the accenture team we had discussed and settled on 16LPA fixed which the team said they were ready yo pay. After passing 2 rounds and spending a lot of energy and time, when receiving the offer letter they said they can only pay 11.7LPA with 20% variable.
I am now receiving 11.65LPA in my current company.
The internal team of Accenture are not transparent especially the HR and recruitment team. I hope no one else have to face this issue like I did.
