Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I don't think anyone can expect the fair recruitment by them. I have given interview here and their finance director confirmed me and told me to join from 1st but after that when I connected to senior accountant HR told me that they are screening more employees and will tell me later. They bought time and almost after a month, I had to follow so much and I got to know that they are still interviewing other candidates and I was told that they will not go ahead with me.

Assignment Round
It was a memory card game. You have 8 pairs of cards. All are coloured in starting then you flip two to see if your selection matches or not. On matched selection you will get points and cards get wipe out and repaet the same untill all cards wiped out.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They didn't mentioned any 2nd technical interview in job portal, I got cleared my first interview and suddenly I got call for second technical interview from senior in the team , Very rude interviewer in Second round technical interview he didn't even asked for availability called me before 1 hr and telling be ready for interview then cut the call . No proper planning at all . And asked 4 basic questions in cloud and cuts the call no proper interview is happened . I received rejection mail in the same night .
