Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Be confortable, calm and composed. Answer truthfully. Don't hesitate to say no if you don't know the answer or if you are unable to recall it at that particular moment. Take 2-3 seconds to think before answering an unexpected question. Keep the discussion going and avoid any gap in communication during interview. Be prepared with your SWOT Analysis, it can help you indirectly during any unexpected question. You should have adequate knowledge about your B.Tech. projects, internships and vocational trainings. Also it would be better if you prepare at least one or two subjects of engineering in detail. Don't be afraid to share your failures, just try to add the lessons which you learnt after that (How the failures made you a better person, tell them that). Give positive and optimistic answers. Also be cheerful, confident and have a smile (not a fake one) on your face.
