Key Responsibilities:
Descriptive Parameters:
1. Annual Increment & Variable Pay-out:
- Annual increment & variable pay-out processes to be completed as per the defined timeline with 100% accuracy.
- Analyse & review existing processes to make it more robust & smoother.
- Analyse Increment & variable pay out data and present various metrics to the top management to take appropriate decisions.
- Automate processes of annual increment & variable pay-out to reduce turnaround time & improve accuracy.
2. PMS Processes:
- Ensure that the appraisal process is run in a fair & transparent manner in the organisation.
- Review and analyse existing PMS processes to ensure that it contribute in achieving organisations goals and improve employee's productivity.
- Run performance appraisal cycle as per the pre-defined timeline.
- Create effective communication and guidelines for employees & managers to ensure that they understand and adopt the appraisal process in its true spirit.
- Evaluate PMS vis a vis best practices within and outside the industry.
3. Market Benchmark / Role Benchmarking / Salary Ranges /Prepare employee compensation ratios:
- Participate in the annual market benchmarking exercise.
- Ensure that employees paid fairly and as per the role they are performing in the organisation.
- Create compensation ranges as per market benchmark.
- Prepare various dashboards to evaluate/assess employee comp & organisation profitability/productivity.
4. Total Reward Concept, Long term, Short-term incentive, Salary structure & Employee Benefits:
- Prepare total reward document & communicate to the employees.
- Administer ESOP grant / exercise process as per the ESOP policy.
- Design short term / sales incentive for employees.
- Propose and implement tax friendly employee salary structure.
- Managing employee benefits, it includes administration of employee benefits, evaluating existing benefits and its efficacy.
- Benchmark employee benefit practices across the industry and adopt best practices as per the organisation needs
5. MIS, Analysis, Projects & Audit:
- Prepare monthly / quarterly dashboard on various aspects of employee's comp / productivity data.
- Study & analyse current organization structure, evaluate worth of various roles within the organisation.
- Ensure all statutory obligation related to compensation are taken care within prescribed timeline.
- Ensure monthly inputs to payroll are shared with 100% accuracy and as per the defined timeline.
- Regular audit of Comp data to ensure no audit observation or non- compliance.
