Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - No communication about profile selection for interview rounds on mail after telephonic communication. Randomly they'll call you some day, and ask you to appear for the interview round at this time on the same day. No professionalism as far as informing candidate prior about profile selection and timing of interview round on mail. Also no JD shared over mail for reference. Never expected this kind of unprofessionalism from a brand like Tata Strive.
