Rude and unprofessional interviewer. More of an interrogation than an interview. Would never work for a manager like him.
Firstly, the interviewer joined the meeting late. The interviewer went about explaining about his experience and talked about the role. Once done, the interview/interrogation started rudely. He had little to no interest in knowing about the candidate. Also, he did not even review the resume beforehand or know about the candidate. Furthermore, he constantly interrupted and was condescending in his approach.
Asked about 3 main achievements - when I started talking about it. He interrupted in the first one and asked about the details every second.
He then randomly jumped into the first case study - "Given 3 options by the design team, how will you select the design for a drop in "cart-to-payment page" metric?" While going about it, he stopped and interjected with what he already had in mind. He told that he didn't want any solutions but the process, but ultimately, he also gave the solution but no approach to it.
Then, "Design me a parking management system? Ask any questions you have freely. While I diving into the subject, he was condescending and was demeaning. As soon as this happened, I told "I think we can end this here" and ended the meeting.
