Working at TCS has been a mixed bag. There's a lot of politics, both within projects and at the company level. The architects have more power than the managers, which can lead to a frustrating experience. And the company recently changed its appraisal policy for lateral hires, which has left many people feeling frustrated and deceived.😑😑 On the bright side, there are times when there's not much work to do on projects, and we still get paid our full salary.😛😛

The supervisors and trainers didn't know what they were doing, so we were constantly failing our certifications. And to top it all off, our shifts were always inconvenient.🫤🫤 The only good thing about the job was that we could work from home.
