The pay at Tech Mahindra was terrible, the software was glitchy, and we were expected to work long hours with no extra benefits. The supervisors and trainers didn't know what they were doing, so we were constantly failing our certifications. And to top it all off, our shifts were always inconvenient.🫤🫤 The only good thing about the job was that we could work from home. But in the end, most of us quit because of the pay and contract issues. It was just a really tough place to work.

I've been working at Genpact for a few years now, and I have to say, it's a decent place to work. There are plenty of opportunities to move around internally, which is great if you're looking to grow your career. 🤘 However, the salary and hikes can be disappointing, and there aren't as many learning and development courses available as I would like.😐😐

Hi Everyone ,I have a degree that took me a lot of gap years and i finished in 2020.I was already working for a BPO prior to that .But during ,Covid i lost the job. I joined a shady work environment , solely without my knowledge of it and it took me about a year to get to know about its true colors .I left as soon as i come to know about it Post that due to certain personal setbacks i was jobless for over 1 year now .Now , when i am trying to approach recruiters , i am not getting any valid response and experience i have is of no use in job search.
