Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Personal or Face to Face: Always greet the people in the interview room. Just be confident in things that you say. It's okay if you get nervous but always try to give your best possible.
Aptitude: Always complete the task or questions fully. Don't leave anything.
HR : Always keep the collaboration on. If you don't have anything to say, then ask about the policies of the company. Don't look dull and always think HR is your friend to talk efficiently. Do not Boast.
Managers round: Always keep yourself upgraded or informed about the project you are approaching for. Make sure to quickly answer the managers as they have very less time and huge workload. Don't irritate them. Keep calm and think before answering.

IATA but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 2 hour 15 minutes. The interviewer are excellent Knowledgeable. They share some knowledge which out of my IATA syllabus. Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - First make yourself comfortable before going in the interview. Remember you are going for a conversation not for recognition of your achievements. Always be in conversation mode. Listen & speak... But don't give interviewer a feeling that you are too attentive. Basically you want inverviewer to select for your skills. Giving too much attention will make him feeling like you are lynching for job. Most important advice would be... Maintain coverstion pitch & be in conversation mode.
