Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It was my first campus interview which lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was the combination of HR and Technical round.
Initially the HR member took a charge, apart from the introduction part most of the questions were related to your resume. For example - You mentioned in skills about self-motivated personality, so in what sense you consider yourself as a self motivated person? Explain it with an example based on your life. So basically you should be aware of the points you had already mentioned in your resume.
In addition about your communication skills.
HR round is usually conducted to test your confidence level and how you represent your ideas with the help of your personality.
Further the Manager took a charge. Questions were mainly based on my studies and basics of Bachelor's Of Pharmacy. Luckily I was able to answer most of the questions correctly.
Always stick to the 'The Real You' criteria, don't try to be the one which you are not in your real life. It might happen that you don't know the answer for the question who have been asked for, that's okay not be worry about but always revert in a polite and positive way, I did the same.
I worked on a research project, so few questions were from that part. I tried my best to answer with the help of an example and by ultilising the property which was in front of me, like the paper weight or the pen etc. This reflects your Presentation skills.
In conclusion I would like to add, just stay calm have presence of mind and recheck your resume to ensure that you are a best-fit for the required position.
