Salary and promotions are not justified. If someone works day and night they may not get promoted while non deserving people get promoted even though they don't add much value

Staffing is pathetic. Resource allocation is pathetic. No documentation is proper. And migration projects is done by people who don't have any idea. People dont have common sense and pathetic in their staffing and expectations.

There is nothing l dislike in ZS but a bit complication in working hours and work life balance. But when we understand the process and learn the work well, we can manage it

... n responsibilities defined. There is no process. You have to own everything. 5. There is no overtime, weekend work compensation. You are expected to work long hours/ weekends as usual 6. There are people on high horses who do not understand the ground situation and just demand results. 7. If you are joining as a lateral they will give you bunch of interns and expect you to successfully deliver.

The job compensation and employment facilities are really good. Good to work with lot of professional people.

The work life balance is very poor. Company is short of employees for the project work and there is constant pressure for performance growth
