Dislikes

Toxic work culture even within the associates, associate consultant, managers. Don't even join as Associate consultant / Consultant with excellent previous track record you will regret later part of your career. No recognition / No respect only home grown associates will be always treated like a gems as If they are awarded from Harvard / Oxford. Not much stuff as business ethics getting worst rated projects by fooling clients. Please avoid joining if you have very good growth trajectory in your previous company choose wise company than ZS even slightly lesser salary comparison.

1. The compensation and benefits they provide is good. 2. Office is really nicely constructed, you will fell like going to office everyday just because how comfortable the seating and facilities are. 3. Good projects

1. No job security 2. Too much layoff (1000+ this year) when the managers fail to get projects to the team. And the manager is rarely laid off. Its the team who suffers (they have been doing this since years but they have been doing this under the name of counselling off. Where they give some random reasons and put people to PIP and even after people performing well through PIP they give some vague reasons and do layoff). 3. Special recommendation for lateral hires: if you are a lateral higher please find ways to please the managers and the seniors because just hard work won't help you as they will always take sides for the home grown employees. 4. There is a lot of politics and favouritism among various teams. 5. With a lot of companies HRs are the right people to discuss these issues but not with ZS. The HRs are also involved in all these politics and will never be helpful

Terrible worklife balance derailing your mental and physical health. Lack of appreciation and unrealistic expectations. No opportunities for on-site, domestic travel. Declining perks and employee wellbeing.

...r 2 minutes and other than the free cab transport nothing else comes to my mind. The compensation could be in the 75th percentile compared to others but the toxic environment, high work load, lack of empathy and constant job threat due to unethical means cannot compensate for the salary they offer

Dislikes

Toxic culture, power play n power abuse, unethical means and ways of addressing employee concerns, HR team in India sides with business blindly. Constant threat they will ask you to quit or counsel you out with made up reasons not limited to attendance, put you on a 4 week pip, based on one feedback which can be verbal, basically they can do whatever they want. Everybody has been voicing out the above since 3-4 years but the management and leadership is sitting on it with no intention to change.
