1. Lack of transparency, fairness and professionalism from HR leaders. 2. Politics within teams in every corner by tenured associates, managers and leaders. US leadership has zero visibility on what happens on ground. 3. Bureaucratic processes with less pay.

Work Life Balance is Terrible Tools Used and not valued in market Learning opportunities are limited Many projects have teammates spread across multiple locations which inhibits team collaboration and increases challenges in communication

Salary and bonus is good as compared to core pharma companies

Dislikes

Work life balance and bias among teams isn't good at all. Normal days are 10 am to 10 pm which very often stretchs beyond this as well. The transparency between hierarchies is very questionable. Even after working day and night your manager might question your credibility.

Dislikes

No job security. They would hire you and fire you without giving any reason. Not a good place for lateral hires as they won’t give time to understand the culture and work.
