1. The compensation and benefits they provide is good. 2. Office is really nicely constructed, you will fell like going to office everyday just because how comfortable the seating and facilities are. 3. Good projects

1. No job security 2. Too much layoff (1000+ this year) when the managers fail to get projects to the team. And the manager is rarely laid off. Its the team who suffers (they have been doing this since years but they have been doing this under the name of counselling off. Where they give some random reasons and put people to PIP and even after people performing well through PIP they give some vague reasons and do layoff). 3. Special recommendation for lateral hires: if you are a lateral higher please find ways to please the managers and the seniors because just hard work won't help you as they will always take sides for the home grown employees. 4. There is a lot of politics and favouritism among various teams. 5. With a lot of companies HRs are the right people to discuss these issues but not with ZS. The HRs are also involved in all these politics and will never be helpful

Amazing culture great team to work. If you are from Pune or Bangalore you can settle for life in this company. Leadership understands you. Of course you have to build your good network.

Dislikes

Still a young firm as compared to Big 4 and other competitors. Basic pay is less then big 4. No Overtime pay. It was better before COVID and Cost cuting

... pretty good. Job security is there and growth opportunities are also good here. The company takes care of its employees and compensation is also higher than industry standards.

Stressful work is one of the things that makes your life worse over there. Although the team and the project does matters but a too much pressure on very minor things can sometimes cross the limits

High performance culture. Good facilities. Good pay.

ZS is Not for the faint hearted. It pays very well but is stressful and they make you work for it. For senior professionals, because they pay so high, you are likely to find it difficult to switch. But it's worth it.

The work life balance isn't good and seniors do not treat you well. There is uneven distribution of work. Even after giving your best you will be criticised. No appreciation for your work.
