No personal life, company give 2 week off but you hardly get one there is no guarantee of company growth and high chances of employee attrition.

...any of us no longer want to cook our own meals or walk to nearby grocery stores. Even if we pay just 5 or 10 rupees more for these services, it can add up, and the real cost goes beyond money.
