Very biased, poor work life balance, low salary, very much political work culture between inter & intra dept relationship.

I liked salary paid in time for example month ending 30 salary crideted in 29 of the month.

High level management have no skills they have act of communication, they always involved direct lower management, for example I am reporting to “X” but every time “X” reporting manager involved and ask each every thing what is value of “X” ? There is no chain management. Everyone higher management work their own benefits only not work for company.
