Anyone here working in Zepto, who can confirm this?
Tbh, I strongly feel this could be true due to a few reasons,
1: The harsh reply to this from the CEO indicating he is really pissed off
2: So many frequent funding rounds, I mean I agree Quick Commerce is a booming industry, but have we forgotten what happened with Byjus?
3: The high attrition rate of the company.
What do you guys think?

I worked for zepto as a product data analyst in 2022 to 2023 yes, it will happen for everyone, I was working as a contract employee my shift timings is 9:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, I was tagged to two product managers, I will come early at 9 am to office but I will alone and these product managers will show up very late at 12.30 or 1 and they will go for lunch in 30 mins, and I will get the requirement at 2pm and they will ask me to stay till 7:30 for corrections and other changes in the work, I am staying in halasuru and the office is located at bellandur and it's 14 km travel about 1.15 hrs of travel and at that time I don't have bike also I use rapido to commute, I won't get rapido quickly at 7.30 I have to wait atleast 30 mins to get it, it was really frustrating for me and I will be reaching my home at 8.45 or 9 and it will repeat for the next day. They won't even appreciating you for the work done.

Whenn we talk about Poor leadership it happens to spark innovation. One of my friend experienced frustration will led them to create their own solutions.

Now the hard time of Zepto has begun and the competitors will overshadow it. Don't you think an inexperienced leadership leads to a lot of troubles even if the workers are highly skilled 🤔?
