The only thing good here was work from home thats it!

There are thousands of things to write about Commodum Groceries. The management here is worst! There is no chance of promotion here if you dont butter up your TLs or managers. You are not allowed to take any Sick leave here, if you video call them showing you are admitted they will still not believe it. You are forced to login and if you dont you get threat messages saying you wont get any PLs or we will have an HR discussion for the unplanned and sick leave that you took and the worst part here that the HR manager is of no use here because the decisions are taken by the manager on the behalf of HR. In short HR is only for name sake. They have a heavy chat flow with less employees which becomes difficult for the agent to handle the chats and expect them to resolve it faster. They pressurize the agent threating them to perform good which is next to impossible. The process is also worst along with the higher management and there is no one to listen to your problems....Read More

Everything about this company, nothing is organised, it's all a damn circus, no wonder zepto will be at loss if people such as commodum groceries handle it. Further a complaint should be raised against this company for the brutality against the employees and the people at the managing positions like Deepika Gaur who has no idea whats going on with the company and it's employees, comes a day or two in the office and judges everyone on the basis of that. Justin Castellino who yet again has no idea how his team member even looks like, his physical appearance will say a 100 words about it. Bazel who is high 24*7 and i have no idea how this organisation keeps such employees at this level....Read More
