...orning shift till training . I wish I get morning shift after training as well . Training will last for 2 weeks till then you will whole salary including pf . After training pf would be separated n u will get the rest salary .

They didn't took my interview same day . It took 2 days still my offer letter will be given at joining . Second thing rotational shifts .

I am currently working with Zepto, and must say A1 job security, good salary, work from home plus day shifts in this company, People those who are working in Quality are the most amazing people I have ever met, Must say Best team leaders, best quality and HR of the Zepto is super sorted, One must try this company, Everyone I repeat each and everyone is super cool here.

I liked salary paid in time for example month ending 30 salary crideted in 29 of the month.

High level management have no skills they have act of communication, they always involved direct lower management, for example I am reporting to “X” but every time “X” reporting manager involved and ask each every thing what is value of “X” ? There is no chain management. Everyone higher management work their own benefits only not work for company.

1.PAYING DIFFERENT SALARY FOR SAME POST AND DESIGNATION 2.NO SKILL DEVELOPMENT 3.TOXIC WORK CULTURE SENIOR MANAGERS DONT BEHAVE PROPERLY giving termination warnings. 4.24x7 JOB no week offs even store managers have to work on festival too 5.Noone ready to help 6.late nights meetings and calls
