I think the organization can certainly improve in terms of better HR & Operations policies. There should be improvised recognition policy in place. This will certainly help attract more talent and help existing employees to deliver more.

The work culture at Xoriant is amazing and the feeling of team spirit is high. The leadership is highly experienced, capable, and really supportive which helps achieve growth/sales targets easily.

The salary and appraisals depend on work experience rather than current achievement.

At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.
