Good for freshers. Helpful managers and team members.

There is no hike on your promotion. They will not agree to match your salary as per industry standards. so if you are planning to join for long term then it will not good for you.

1. Job security, once you get released from project for which you were hired you need to switch company 2. Office spaces is too small doesn’t feel’s like you are working in a company if you come from MNC. 3 You will never find washroom clean in Thane office

Fixed compensation. Flexible work from home days and hrs.

Dislikes

Too much internal politics. Management is poor. Too much favourism in appraisal and promotions. No professionalism. Since it got take-over, leaves are drastically reduced. Health Insurance coverage is less.

Work life balance is fine. You will get enough time for learning and training. There is no micro management.

There is no appraisal, no salary hike from past 2 years. No team outing. No Team collaboration, just working as a IC role.
