At the end of the day, all you need as an employee is acknowledgement for your efforts and the deserving compensation - and in both these areas, Xoriant does a fabulous job, thus far! Also the company is in constant search for innovation and asking employees for ideas/suggestions for improvement, which shows that they want to be up to date with the latest and greatest technologies and processes! In this era of Client first - Employee later functions - Xoriant really take care of their own!

Excellent work environment and company culture. Managers encourage growth through sincere and actionable feedback, colleagues are eager to help however they can and policies are established to maintain work life balance

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnot address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow

Sometimes there is communication gaps between teams or departments which may leads to confusion and inefficiency.

- Promotion/ appraisal not so good - Notice Period increased to 3 months - Monthly allowances reduced - No bench policy - Mediclaim don't reimburse OPD claims - Employee referral program is not good
