Never join this company and waste your time . I have spent 2 years and 8 months in xoriant. Lots of unprofessional members inside company . One day Hr will call you and suddenly one roll out bomb drop over you. For fresher please join good MNC as not have good training and exposure in xoriant. There is not good team work culture in xoriant. I was face very terrible experience about my release as I have allready worked very hard in covid situation. There is no value for hard work in Xoriant and also not having growth . Don't waste your time. They make fool of you.

Compensation is not good , High work pressure. Managers do not value an indivisuals. Poor Management and Board.

Good work life balance and compensation. Good opportunities to upskill yourself.

The job depends from project to project. If they do not have projects, they ask you leave. The company culture needs a lot of improvement.

At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.

Timely salary, supportive team and colleagues. Your progress will be tracked every day and every week, based on your client. If you are someone who is regular and diligent this is good place for you. Flexible work hours, recognition and appreciation to your work. Good number of interesting projects. Notice period is 3 months and no buyout. So keep an eye for this.

Dislikes

Poor operational team, it takes months to resolve your queries, no support if you face any issues regarding any internal processes. Its almost as if there is no HR team once you onboarded to the team. If you are okay bearing the frustation of having issues related to insurance, flexi benefits go unresolved for months, go ahead join here.

There is no hike on your promotion. They will not agree to match your salary as per industry standards. so if you are planning to join for long term then it will not good for you.
