... good and helpful. My trainer Sonia Bhatia and Prichi where so kind and Helpful. Salary was very less in our team as travel or what realy dont confirm. But other issue to work as shift are confirtable. My group manager so good and kind towards team Indira Rawat.

Salary is the only issue rest all good. If get opportunity again with new process like Insurance and finance realy ready to join. But this need to satisfactory salary

Enough exposure for growth and learnings, good work environment among colleagues, growth is subjective from person to person

Low salary for internal people, high work pressure, no proper workflow, 1 person does work of 2, higher management not think of juniors, long working hours

...t of them where on bench for 4-5 months before getting job in different process. Salary on time. Supportive management not HR.

Biggest dislike is salary increment which is amongst lowest in the market. And one unprofessional law they have is they deduct Night shift allowance of 10 days in the name of donations every month compulsory. You cannot avoid that.

The managers and staff is very good and supportive. Proper training has been given of your process. U.S holidays are also provided apart from saturday , sunday week-offs. Good company to start your career.

Salary compensations are very low for freshers. Shift is fixed.

The work of an insurance is interesting. Luckily, I got supporting teammates.

There is lot of politics, if you voice out the problems you will be targeted. Salary is low and career growth is also slow.
