The work environment is friendly and does not stress your life. All your innovative ideas and Suggestions are welcome here. If you're good enough you may also get opportunity to travel to UK (as most of the process are from UK) for transitional purposes. There is less corporate politics compaired to any other company. Managers are supportive too.

The only thing i did not like about WNS is its appraisal system. Please do not expect any fancy percentage of appraisal on your salary. You can consider WNS as a average salary paying company.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Very rude mentality and behaviour of management. Salary not on time. They hold salary without any reason. Saturday-Sunday working without compensation or compoff.

They will include variable in CTC and will show high salary, but will give 30percent of Variable pay. They will imply bond on you when you join to give you training but will give no traing still enforce the bond when you leave. Cheats employee

Biggest dislike is salary increment which is amongst lowest in the market. And one unprofessional law they have is they deduct Night shift allowance of 10 days in the name of donations every month compulsory. You cannot avoid that.
