Appraisals and Bonus = The company is following this practice of delaying Bonus and increments in order to retain employees. Bonus is generally delayed by 1/2 months and Increment is delayed by 5-6 months (i.e almost 2 quarters) and no one is answerable for these delays.

Many things to learn due to gadha majduri. Don't join company if you get offer to work under RAJENDRA KHARAT, TEJAS MARANE and RAJI RAJAN because they do politics and remove so many employees. Rajendra not good for female employees.

Dislikes

...rst company in terms of recruitment and management. Poor management and process. Too much bossy and low pay. Few people are there since ages and probably die here only. Only feet lickers will grow. Honest and hardworking employee is not treated well.

Salary is good that is only thing to like it. Rest of things are very poor.

Dislikes

Transport facility is very very poor. Every single day you will face issue with transport and no one listen your issue in the company. No HR interaction with employees if you have any issue to discuss with HR. You have fight your own for issues.
