Dislikes

One of the worst companies I have ever worked in. There is no job security. They fire pp like hell. There are firings every week in our process. They don't train you properly & then expect great results without any support. Their HR is also not transparent. Would never suggest anyone to join this place.

apart from salary hike, this company does not provide a cup to drink water and I seriously mean it. I have just passed 2 weeks in this company and I feel like I am working in some local domestic company, The time you entered into this company you will feel like company only focus on cost cutting, smelly washroom with no basic hygiene no toilet roll, no fragnance spray, there is tea/coffee machine but no cups, you have to bring your own from home same goes for drinking water, you have to pay for the meal and even after paying you get cold rice and chapati, there is no professionalism in the management, Manager shout their associates in very rudely manner and even gave threat of firing employees, and management team is worst in this company here is one example my shift over at 3:30 Am and according to company policy all cab should be start moving at 4:00 AM but guess what we did not get the cab details even after 4:10 Am which should be given prior 2 hours before from logout shift timing as per their transport policy, which cause huge delay while leaving from the company. Think I can reach my home under 30 minutes but the cab itself take approximate 1 hour to leave the company location and if you guys are thinking that above all experience is limited to my process then you are in a big blunder my friend. I have a lot to written but this place is not enough to write. So Join this company at your own risk.

...rship skills and bond with colleagues.Would like to add that working hours is 7.5hours but in many process they ask for OT they do pay additional but it's very conservative

Very very less Salary increase and transportation services is wrost. Few manager's behaviour not in good way with the team. Politics happening in the company. Partiality & favourability plays main role.

Employer part of pf also deducted from salary no explanation from hr, Night shift allowance is very less almost nothing, if you missed the floor entry time by 2min direct escalation from manager same for transportation if you miss the cab I need to give logical explanation why u miss it
